A Smile, The Worlds Welcome Sign!

smileySmiles do a lot more than just let the world know you’re happy.  Studies suggest that smiling, weather it is forced or not, can have a positive effect on your mood.  It can decrease your stress level and even make everyone around you feel better.

Smiling is contagious!  Studies report that just seeing one person smiling can activate the area of your brain that controls your facial movement, which leads to a grin. Even in bad situations, if you smile, others are likely to mimic the expression.  Turn that frown upside down. You can make more friends, and it can also strengthen your immune system. Whenever you’re in a stressful situation or your feeling down, put a big smile on your face and take advantage of the many benefits that smiling can give you.

Quote:  “Where ever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine!” D’Angelon

A smile always brings sunshine to someone else. Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and how you leave others feeling after an experience with you. A big beautiful smile can become your trademark.

Everyone lacks a little self-confidence and some more than others.  A smile can reassure them that they can continue on through life and be happy in whatever they choose to do.

No matter what time of year it is, enjoy giving, Giving a smile!         smiley bench

  1. My beloved Mother always told me that ‘It takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile.’ I really appreciate her for that, and many other of her sayings. This one however has been a wonderful calling card for me, and yes, has done wonders for my mood, and for the mood of those that enter my space.
